Princess Castle

“I am so excited to share with you all my Princess Castle featuring the lovely Pink paper collection from Julie Nutting for our Prima older collections feature today. I really enjoy creating cards with the sweet Julie Nutting dolls but now and again I love staging them too, like this Castle I made with the beautiful Aurora doll stamp, I mean what would a castle be without a princess right?! I created this piece with my Silhouette (the design ID 119171 for the castle, assembly instructions here and design ID 10713 for the crown, if you have the machine and would like to try this out) and some cutting dies. I coloured Aurora with the Julie Nutting Hair & Skin Tones Watercolor Pencils and I dressed her up from the beautiful pattern sheets in the paper collection, some pretty lace and ribbon. I adorned the castle with pretty die-cuts, die-cut butterflies, die-cut bows, pins, paper straws, acrylic pendants, chain, ribbon, string, beautiful crown embellishments by Franck Garcia and gorgeous Prima flowers, the flowers used are also from older collections.” – Tanya

Birthday Balloon Layout

“I have a lot of older collections in my stash. When I chose which one to use for this layout, I went with the one with my favorite flowers. I just LOVE the Grace Flowers. I think I bought at least 10 packages of those flowers: they match with about every layout I create! For this creation, I went all baby themed to match this picture of my little guy with a birthday balloon.” ~ Karine

Beautiful Rossibelle

 
“They say old is gold and I totally believe that.  I decided to spruce up one of my old canvases, I removed the old stuff which was on it, then I painted it all with white gesso, I added tons of texture and finally added our amazing color blooms. Once my base was ready, I again recycled some of my old collection from which I had plucked my flowers and that pretty frame. The background on my frame is from Rossibelle collection (My Favorite), added crystals from Prima Princess collection and those leaves are from Midnight Garden collection!” ~ Mallika
